South African goverment Spending Milions

🇿🇦 South Africa’s government is spending millions of rands on repatriating undocumented foreign nationals to their home countries.
It is reported that South Africa has spent R292 million this year on repatriating nationals from Malawi, Nigeria and Ethiopia.
🇲🇼 Malawi reportedly has the highest number of nationals being repatriated from South Africa.
In total, around 83,000 people have reportedly been repatriated to their home countries.
🇿🇼 There have also been undocumented Zimbabwean nationals who were waiting to be repatriated. It is reported that South Africa spent approximately R48 million on their repatriation.
