Additional Charges Added Against Anti-Drug Activist Tsebe ‘Mr Moloto’ Moloto
POLOKWANE — Anti-drug activist and LADGAC co-founder Tsebe Philemon “Mr Moloto” Moloto is facing additional charges following his appearance before the Polokwane Magistrates’ Court.
The State has added five counts of attempted murder, two counts of malicious damage to property, and two further charges relating to alleged trespassing and a Toyota Hilux double cab.
The new charges come on top of the original charges already facing Moloto.
The case was postponed to 30 October 2026 to allow the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to determine which court should hear the matter.
Moloto, who is known for his activism against drug-related crime, remains an accused person in the case, and the allegations have not been proven in court.
Further developments are expected when the matter returns before court on 30 October.
