Divine Lunga Escapes Unharmed After Johannesburg Shooting Incident

Mamelodi Sundowns and Zimbabwe international defender Divine Lunga escaped unharmed after his vehicle came under gunfire during an incident in Johannesburg on Sunday.
According to police, Lunga and his companions were approached by a man who claimed he had been robbed of R34,000 by occupants of another vehicle. Believing they were assisting a victim, they followed the suspected vehicle.
During the pursuit, one of the occupants allegedly opened fire, with a bullet striking Lunga’s BMW. Fortunately, no one inside the vehicle was injured.
An attempted murder case has been opened, and police have launched an investigation. No arrests have been made as authorities continue to search for those responsible.
